The Health Insurance Enrollment/ Waiver Deadline Is:  SEPTEMBER 15th 2008!!!
Every year, ALL students must enroll or waive the insurance online.

The Immunizations Deadline Is:  NOW!!!
If you have not submitted records of your immunizations and/or your Health History & Immunization form to Health & Wellness Services, please do so ASAP. For more information please go to:  http://www.suffolk.edu/offices/2624.html
