As a parent of a Suffolk student, we understand that you will have questions about university policies, procedures, resources, and programs. We also understand that as our students are finding their way - you too are trying to find ways in which to communicate, and stay connected to your son/daughter. We have included on this site a variety of ways to stay connected and communicate with us and your student.
The Parent newsletters provide seasonal information about the issues and challenges our students are facing as well as methods on how to communicate with your son/daughter to enable them to handle the changes and transition that they will face. The Parent Email Program aims to keep parents abreast of important information that might affect the student during their academic career at Suffolk University. Parents can sign up to receive monthly messages from the director of Retention Services informing them of special events on campus, important dates/deadlines, and services.
Parents should also feel free to contact the Office of Retention Services (sal@suffolk.edu) if they feel their son/daughter is having a difficult time finding resources, services or connecting to Suffolk University. We are able to outreach to our student to assist them in getting connected. We are just a phone call or email away ~ if needed.
