The premier issue of the College of Arts & Sciences Alumni magazine, Suffolk Arts+Sciences, made its debut in the summer of 2007. 

In June, 2008, the issue received two national awards from the Society of National Association Publications--a Gold Award in the category of most improved newsletter to magazine, and an Extra! Award for pioneering cutting-edge publishing excellence.

In July, 2008, the issue received an APEX Award for Publication Excellence in the category of New Magazines & Journals.

The magazine is produced by the Dean’s Office in collaboration with many offices, faculty, staff and students from the College, including NESADSU, University Archives, Alumni Relations, and various academic departments.
