Neighborhood Action, Inc., is located at 35 Bowdoin Street, just a few steps from the Nathan R. Miller Residence Hall at 10 Somerset Street.

February 4

-Service Scholar Applications Available in Donahue 209
Take on a leadership role in the Community Service and Service Learning.  Work to build strong partnerships with community organizations.  Coordinate and lead volunteer programming on campus to get students and staff involved.

-Boston Heritage Apartments: Pasta Dinner, 4pm
Prepare and enjoy a pasta dinner with some of the senior citizen residents of Heritage Apartments in East Boston. This is a great opportunity to spend quality time in the community and enjoy a great home-cooked meal.

-Local Alternative Spring Break
Join us at the Boston Heritage Apartments to engage in service for the residents of this community partner.  Projects will include serving meals to residents, creating a mural on the grounds, and beautifying the apartment building by painting and decorating.  We have 10 open spots, so stop by SOULS to find out more and fill out your application before February 20th, 2008.

-Service Day! First Shift 10am-1pm, Second Shift, 1pm-4pm Suffolk students will be participating in community service activities together throughout the city of Boston. A dinner will follow to honor the work of our community partners. Sign up in S.O.U.L.S. D209 or download the form on our website.
-Service Dinner, 5:30– 7:30pm Join us to celebrate the Suffolk 2007-2008 community service accomplishments and community partnerships.  Dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn at 5 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114.
