The Off-Campus Housing Office (OCHO) is here to help you find a great living situation. We are here to walk you through the entire process – from finding roommates to signing the lease, and everything in between.
OCHO provides resources for our students free of charge. We have a variety of resources. We maintain updated listings of available apartments and roommates. Students can post their needs for roommates on our listings at any time. We also work with local, reputable realtors, in a variety of areas around Suffolk University.
OCHO also offers advice and counseling for students and parents, on the housing process. We can discuss anything from roommate issues, to general lease questions, to what you can expect to pay. We also have contact information for assistance with more serious issues.
OCHO has a year-round Open Door Policy, which means any time a Suffolk student or her or his parent comes in through our door, we’re ready to provide our services. Please know that we are only an email or phone call away. Let us know how we can assist you in finding the right situation to meet your needs!
