In collaboration with community partners, the Center provides extensive educational opportunities for Massachusetts’ public service managers. Increasing demand and a solid reputation in the community has expanded the certificate program dramatically since its inception in 1999. These year long programs are currently being offered in partnership with the following agencies:
- The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers: Certificate in Community Health and Community Health Center Management
- Massachusetts Human Services Providers Council: Certificate in Community Human Service Management
- Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts: Certificate in Home Care Management
- Massachusetts Human Services Providers Council: Certificate in Non-Profit Administration and Finance
- Haitian Multi-Service Center: Certificate in Health & Human Services Management
- Shriver Center LEND Program: Certificate in Education in Neurodevelopment and Related Disabillities
- Town of Nantucket: Certificate in Local Government Management
Participants in these programs have potential for up to 12-15 graduate credit waivers, depending on the program. Because of this benefit, many certificate graduates continue on to Suffolk MPA or MHA programs.
