Facutly Arrival:

Plan to arrive no later than 9:00am to the foyer of the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. You will be directed to the Faculty Robing Area. Once you are robed,  proceed to the Faculty Assembly Area.

Processional:

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00am. Faculty Marshals will lead students and faculty into the Grand Ballroom. File into the seats reserved for faculty and speakers on the stage. The first row of seating is reserved for the Dean, Associate Deans and Speakers. Faculty seating begins with the second row. 

Reception:

Immediately following the Ceremony, there will be a luncheon reception in the Constitution Ballroom. Be sure to join us for this chance to congratulate our graduates and their families. 

Regalia:

Your academic regalia will be ordered for you through the Suffolk Bookstore. If you would like to check the specifcs of your order, contact Aneta Biernat at 617.557.1505 or abiernat@suffolk.edu.

Attendance:

Faculty attendance is mandatory for Suffolk’s Undergradaute Ceremony on Sunday, May 18 and the Sawyer Business School’s Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 17. If you can not attend, contact Wendy Cimino at wcimino@suffolk.edu or 617.573.8665
