How to Order Stationary

A standardized use of stationary items has been created for faculty and staff of the Business School. Faculty and staff should use the following instructions to order business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and note pads.

1. Go to http://www.sheabrothers.com

2. Double click on customer Catalogs in the top left hand corner.

3. Enter your username and password (contact the Communications Office for this information.)

The first page is a welcome page that will let you send a message to Shea Brothers with questions.

4. Click on: Catalog in the upper left corner under the centennial logo.

5. Click on: Sawyer Business School (in blue, under search results.)

You will see all stationery items and will need to then click on the blue label of the template you want to order. You can view the template by clicking on the image.

6. Complete the information in the template and hit the next button when you have finished.

7. Do not click the Internet back button, please use back button only on the Sheabrothers’ menu.

8. Click “View PDF”

9. Save to your desk top in case merchandise comes in different than final PDF.

10. Select Quantity

11. Add to Cart

You can now “Order Selected Items Now” (bottom right) or “Continue Shopping.” If you select Continue shopping follow the same directions above. If you select “Order Selected Items Now” click “Go”

12. You are now in Shipping Info:

13. Leave search on “Office Locations” and leave the for box blank: Click “Go”

14. Click on the drop down menu under “Matching Office Locations: and choose a location.

15. Enter your Department Name under Attn:

If there are any questions or special instructions you can ask/relay them to Shea Brothers by putting them in the field below under instructions.

16. Click Next to continue.

17. Please put your 10 Digit budget number under Purchase Order #. This should be the same number you have used in the past for stationary.

18. Click Finish.

19. Print your receipt.
