Students admitted to the Sawyer Business School must follow the approved program of study for their major field. Each student receives a Program of Study form that describes all degree requirements to be completed to achieve the BSBA.

You should review the Program of Study form carefully to confirm that you have received appropriate transfer credit for courses taken elsewhere, and to plan remaining course work needed to complete your degree -- including general education courses, business core, and elective courses.

Students must petition the Sawyer Business School’s Office of the Dean to make changes to the Program of Study.

Date of Entry & Major

Program of Study is based upon your date of entry which dictates the specific degree requirements and policies that pertain to the student. Periodic changes in course requirements, honors criteria, or other degree requirements are made by faculty to update course content, respond to employer needs, or improve quality. In some cases, new requirements may not apply -- students should follow the Program of Study based upon the month and academic year of entry to the Business School.
