What kind of financial aid is available? Who is eligible?

Suffolk University Financial Aid can be found online here. Both merit-based and need-based financial aid is available through the financial aid office.

The majority of financial aid is available for students entering in the Fall semester. Limited funding is available for students beginning in the Spring semester, and no financial aid is available for Summer.

Will I get any fellowships or grant awards?

Fellowships are available on a merit basis. Fellowships are limited, both in size and in number. In the College of Arts and Sciences, most fellowships cover a portion of tuition. There are a very few fellowships in the Sawyer Business School that cover full tuition. No fellowships cover living expenses.

What are the financial aid deadlines?

The financial aid deadline for the Fall semester is April 1. Financial aid forms for Spring semester entrants must be in by November 1.  Please be sure to submit all forms in time to allow for processing and disursement before a tuition bill is due.
