National Student Exchange Program (nationwide)

Fall, Spring, Summer

This program is only open to Suffolk University students

Looking to study away for a semester or year, but unsure if you want to leave the U.S.?  Suffolk students have the opportunity to study in the U.S. at one of the participating schools in the National Student Exchange (NSE) program. Member schools are located all across the country in the 50 states.  The program accommodates all majors, however locations vary by major.

The application and advising process is somewhat different that for those of our other study away programs.  The deadline for the coming academic year (Fall, Spring, or Summer) is February 1.

Students should select up to five schools that they are interested in attending.  Placements are made at the annual NSE placement conference, and while every effort is made to accommodate students’ first choices, no guarantees can be made.  Interested students should meet with Danielle Santoro in the Study Abroad Office.

Accommodation options and costs vary by university.      Costs:
Students are billed by Suffolk for tuition only.   Housing is paid directly to the university that you attend.
Tuition:  Suffolk tuition fees
Housing costs to be determined by program selection.    Additional information on the National Student Exchange Program
