Kansai Gaidai University was founded nearly 120 years ago, and has become one of Japan’s most distinguished universities. The university is located in Osaka, the central hub of industry and commerce in Japan.  Kansai University has been making great efforts to deepen international understanding and to promote academic.  They welcome many students from all over the world to study and do research from such a global point of view.   Students can study in the Asian Studies department at Kansai Gaidai.

Student housing is offered in residence halls. 

Costs:
Students are billed by Suffolk for tuition only.   Housing is paid directly to Kansai Gaidai.
Tuition:  Suffolk tuition fees
Housing costs are estimated to be approximately $1,400 per term for double occupancy room depending on placement.  However, that cost does not include electricity, gas, water, and food.  All housing fees given are estimates and may change due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
