The Clark Competition is a Law School-wide appellate competition open to any student who has completed his first year of law school. The competition is done in pairs and consists of a brief-writing portion and an argument portion. The semi-finals are traditionally judged by Massachusetts Appeals Court judges and the finals are traditionally judged by the Massachusetts Superior Court Justices.
Students may sign up at any point between now and Nov. 14 by filling out an “Intent to Compete” form found outside the moot court office.
Please contact the Clark Co-Directors: Alyssa Clough or Tim Wenger, or the Director of Appellate Competitions, Jennifer Audeh.
