First Night Ice Sculpture Becomes a Tradition

The University ice sculpture display that is fast becoming a New Year’s Eve tradition will greet 2008 with a depiction of the Suffolk Ram.

Ice sculptures depicting the Suffolk Centennial logo the past two years attracted passers-by on their way to and from First Night activities. They stopped to admire the display and learn a bit more about the University.

Suffolk alumni, faculty, staff and students are invited into Sargent Hall for refreshments during the afternoon reception.
