WHAT: "Rebuilding Confidence? -Perspectives on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Stock Exchange Listing Requirements" panel discussion co-sponsored by Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and Business 1060AM (WBIX). Panel of experts will analyze and discuss the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the new listing requirements set forth by the NYSE and NASDAQ, and will give perspectives on how the worlds of finance, accounting and corporate governance are evolving in the politically charged environment post-Enron. The event qualifies for two hours of CPE credit.
