’Core course for the MS in Political Science, International Relations track. The aim of the course is to give students the ability to conduct their own research and to understand and use the research of others, with an emphasis on topics relevant to the field of international relations. Both qualitative and quantitative methods will be covered, including archival research and the use documents and data from a variety of sources. 3 graduate credits. Prerequisites: previous course in political science research methods or comparable course in another discipline or instructor consent. Open to graduate students only.’
