’This course examines the U.S. legal system and the legal basis of governmental organizations, including rule-making and adjudication as well as judicial and administrative review. The course also introduces students to the case method and legal research in the context of contemporary public and administrative law issues and cases. Prerequisite: BLE 214 or GVT 110 or equivalent.’
