The Center for Women’s Health and Human Rights announces a free one-day conference, "Women’s Mental Health and Well Being: (How) Does a Human Rights Perspective Help?"
Speakers include:
The one-day conference, co-sponsored by Suffolk University’s Departments of Psychology and Sociology and its Office of Diversity Services, is geared to clinicians, students, activists, educators, media, researchers, and interested members of the public.
APA CEU credit is available for psychologists and other health care professionals. There is a $60 fee for 6.5 CEUs. The conference is free for all others.
The conference will take place from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at Suffolk University Law School, Function Room 170, First Floor, 120 Tremont Street, Boston
